POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Each person participating in any of the activities at Vertical Reality must attend the safety class and sign a waiver. If you are under 18 years of age, your parent or guardian must sign a waiver. Children under 13 years old must be accompanied by parent at all times.

Rules and Safety measures will be followed at all times. Participants and guest who violate safety rules will be asked to leave the facility:

Participants must be on belay whenever climbing or rappelling.
Don't be afraid to ask for help, our safety staff is always there to help and answer questions.
Only shoes specifically manufactured for climbing may be used on climbing walls.
This is a Drug and Alcohol Free Zone for all participants and staff.
If you are a member of a class, you must stay with your group.

For your safety, all rules and regulations are reviewed in the safety class and are posted in the Vertical Reality Facility.
